Iker Lastra is an actor born in Bilbao, with a 20-year career in theater, film, and television.
He began his professional journey in the world of fashion and television presenting, working both for Basque and national Spanish TV.
In 2025, for example, he has starred in the stage adaptation of Fuenteovejuna in the USA, appeared in the international series The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, and performed in the theatrical versions of A Monster Calls and Don Juan Tenorio, as well as in the German film Islands, directed by Jan-Ole Gerster.
Although he worked regularly in the Basque Country as a presenter and model, he soon chose to focus on acting, moving to Madrid and starring in TV series such as Herederos, Sin Tetas No Hay Paraíso, Los Misterios de Laura, and Hospital Central, as well as in films like Luz de Domingo, directed by José Luis Garci.
Throughout these years, he has also combined acting with event hosting — including the One Day Summit for CaixaBank and the New Year’s Eve Gala on TVE 1.
Driven by a constant desire for growth, he continues to explore new paths both in Spain and abroad, developing further as both a person and a professional.
He has been nominated for prestigious awards such as the Helen Hayes Awards in the United States and the Spanish Actors’ Union Awards for his performances in Yerma and Herederos.
