Trained in the Meisner technique by the renowned Meisner teacher Rachael Adler at the Waterfront Playhouse Conservatory in Berkeley, and in the Lecoq method at the Berty Tobías school in Barcelona, led by Lecoq himself, she completed her studies in acting, movement, and voice at the Royal Academy Dramatic Art, Metropolitan Film School, and Central Speech schools in London. This education was supplemented by various seminars and intensives in Barcelona by Graham Smith, Jordi Godall, or Javier Galitó-Cava, as well as those in Madrid by professors Augusto Fernandes, Chevi Muraday, Andrés Lima, and Pablo Messiez, many of which focused on dance, movement, and bodily expression due to personal interests in that field.

She began her audiovisual career playing supporting roles in the TV series ZOO (2009) and ERMESSENDA (2011) on TV3, PELOTAS for TVE (2010) by El Terrat, and in various short films such as MORIR CADA DÍA by Aitor Echeverría (2010), a cinematographic project that early on earned her the first recognitions for Best Leading Actress at the XX International Film Showcase of Palencia, AISGE Award 2011, Audiovisual Contest of Cabra (Córdoba), and the 40th edition of the ALCINE Festival in Alcalá de Henares.

She harmonized her path and recognitions with her early stage projects in the Catalan and Madrid off-scene works UN REFUGI INDIE (2013) by Pau Miró and DOS NIÑAS PARA UN CHÉJOV (2013), among others.

She quickly made a name for herself on the national scene with roles such as Camilla in the series GRAN HOTEL (2012) and Ester in EL CLUB DE LOS INCOMPRENDIDOS (2014), a series and film by Bambú Producciones that brought her to the general public and positioned her as one of the young promises of Spanish fiction. She then joined the prime-time series on Antena 3, MAR DE PLÁSTICO (2016), playing Cristina, a character showcasing the actress's quality and interpretative challenges, reaffirmed in her next project, CARONTE (2018), a Telecinco production in which she played the Russian Irina for Amazon Prime.

In 2019, her participation in RIFKIN’S FESTIVAL, the latest dramatic comedy by filmmaker Woody Allen set at the San Sebastián Film Festival, stood out. She shared the cast with Americans Wallace Shawn, Gina Gershon, and Spaniards Elena Anaya and Enrique Arce. That same year, she was part of the cast of INÉS DEL ALMA MÍA by Boomerang TV for Amazon Prime and TVE.

During this period, she also experienced a significant rise in the theatrical scene, taking the stage at prestigious national theaters in works such as ANA KARENINA (2016) directed by Francesco Carril and INTEMPERIE (2017) by Laura Ortega programmed at the Teatro Pavón Kamikaze; VIENTOS QUE NOS BARRERÁN (2018) and MONSIUER GOYA (2019) by the same Ortega performed at the Teatro Fernán Gómez; or WÄNDE WUNDE (2019) directed by Aaron Lobato at the Teatro de la Abadía. In 2021-22, she filmed the iconic Antena 3 series AMAR ES PARA SIEMPRE, where she played Paloma.

Currently, she is about to premiere Prime Video's major bet for 2023, REINA ROJA, a series adaptation of Juan Gómez-Jurado's successful trilogy that will be released in more than 240 countries. This fiction was balanced with the latest performances on the tour of the play MUJERCITAS produced by the Teatro Español in 2021, and alongside the promotion of her latest film project LA PARADOJA DE ANTARES by Luis Tinoco, a film in which she holds the lead role and has already earned her several awards; Best Actress at Curtas Festival de Imaxinario, nomination for the Blogos de Oro, Independent Film Awards 2022, Best Actress at the Boston Science Fiction Film Festival in Boston, USA, Best Actress at the Not film fest VI Independent International film festival Italia 2023, Best Ibero-American Actress at the XIX Fantaspoa International Fantastic Cinema Festival in Porto Alegre 2023, and Best Actress at the SEVIFF Independent Film Festival in Seville 2023.
