Alejandra Meco is a Spanish actress born in Madrid, best known for her leading roles in the successful Spanish television series “El Secreto de Puente Viejo” (Antena 3) and “Acacias 38” (TVE), both broadcast in Spain and Italy, where she gained wide popularity. She appeared in both productions for two seasons, establishing her presence in the Spanish and international television landscape.

Her most recent work is in “The Law According to Lidia Poët”, a Netflix Italy series produced by Groenlandia, where she plays one of the main characters in the new season of the country’s most-watched show. In film, she appeared in “Venus”, directed by Jaume Balagueró—a production from The Fear Collection, led by Álex de la Iglesia.

Before beginning her acting career, Alejandra trained professionally in classical ballet, earning a diploma from the Mariemma Professional Dance Conservatory in Madrid. She later chose to focus fully on acting after being inspired by Almodóvar’s film “Volver”, and went on to train with renowned playwrights and directors such as Álex Rigola, José Troncoso, Eduardo Recabarren, Lautaro Perotti, and Javier Daulte.

Passionate about languages, Alejandra speaks fluent Italian and English, and has some knowledge of French.
